Prices include sales tax.  Shorter and longer stay rates available and from time to time we offer special rates and late booking special offers.

Pool/Spa Heat available on request and is payable locally according to current rates (it is recommended from November to April). 

A £200/$350 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm reservation, upon which we will provide a written receipt.  Cost for rental is due 60 days prior to arrival.  Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. We accept Cash, Cheques and for your convenience we also accept .  For a small fee, we can also accept major credit cards through our management company.

Our house is professionally maintained throughout by a local management company and is cleaned prior to guests’ arrival (the cost is included in the weekly rate). The rate for the villa is for the whole villa and not per person, as most hotels charge.  It comfortably sleeps up to 10 people plus infants.  Our villa has its own private pool, spa and patio area.  It has underwater lights if you want to take a dip after dark!

On arrival at Emerald Island Resort you can conveniently collect our villa key from the secure key box, located near the entrance of our villa.  You will be given the combination in advance of your arrival.  We ask all guests for a refundable security deposit of $350/£200 (against breakages and damage) by cheque, which will be refunded after the inventory has been checked and agreed.  (maximum 30 days)

Check out time – 10.30 a.m. (unless by prior arrangement) 

Arrangements, if requested in advance, for food packs/welcome packs can be waiting on your arrival (at an additional charge). 

Guests are asked to strictly adhere to the no-smoking policy inside our villa.  Sorry no pets allowed.
